Jasper's Tools is owned and run by Gasper, an independent tool dealer based in El Paso. Before going out on his own, he ran this same route as a Cornwell Tools franchisee, selling to the same shops and many of the same technicians he serves today.
Going independent didn't change what's on the truck. Gasper kept his supplier relationships, so the hand tools, storage, diagnostics and shop equipment are the same professional grade the franchise trucks carry. What changed is the structure: no franchise fees, no corporate program pushing what has to be sold that month. He stocks what the techs on his route actually buy.
He's been in the tool business long enough to know most of his customers by name, what box they run, and what they bought last year.
